### How long is a test ride?
A test ride typically lasts around 30 minutes. Our expert will brief you on the bike and answer your questions for about 10 minutes, let you ride for 10 to 15 minutes, and wrap up by addressing any final questions. If you prefer a quicker experience, let the expert know, and they'll shorten it for you. If you'd like a longer ride, they may agree, but if other test rides are scheduled, the session may still be limited to 30 minutes.

### Is there any commitment required for the test ride appointment?
No commitment is required. You can book, cancel, or reschedule anytime. The test ride is completely free. Our experts won't ask for any compensation; we've got you covered.

### Can I cancel or reschedule my test ride?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your test ride anytime. After booking, you'll receive an email recap and an invite, giving you the option to adjust your slot or cancel if needed.

### Can I test multiple models at once?
It depends on the test ride option you choose.  For mobile test rides–at home, work, or anywhere–our experts bring the bike to you, meaning they can only bring one model at a time. However, you're free to book a second or third ride to try other models.  If you visit one of our partner stores, you'll be able to test multiple models and compare them on-site. The choice is yours.

### How much does a test ride cost?
Our test rides are completely free. No hidden costs or commitments–just an easy way for you to try our bikes.

### What if I damage the bike during the test ride?
Don't worry–our test ride bikes are insured, and any damage to the bike during your ride is covered. However, you're responsible for your own safety on the road. Cowboy cannot be held liable for damage to other vehicles, injuries to others, or personal injuries. While helmets aren't mandatory, we strongly recommend wearing one during your ride.

### What if there are no test ride options near me?
