### How can I become a Cowboy partner store?
To join the Cowboy Partner Network as a certified shop or service center, submit an application through our [Become a Partner page](/pages/become-a-partner). Tell us a bit about your business and location and we'll be in touch with the next steps.

 Approved partners get access to training, tools, spare parts and dedicated support.

### How can I book an appointment for a service?
To book a service appointment, simply use your Cowboy app:

 - **For repairs**: Open the app → Support → Chat with us. Our team will help diagnose the issue and guide you to the right solution. If needed, you'll be able to book an appointment directly.
 - **For On-Demand Service**: Tap the question mark at the bottom of your screen to open the service request option. You can also order parts through the website or app and then book an appointment once they arrive.
 You'll find your service history anytime in the Support tab of the app.

### How can I book a test ride?
Test rides are free and easy to book through our [Test Ride page](/pages/test-ride). Just choose your city, pick a time, and one of our local experts will meet you with the model of your choice.

 You can also try a Cowboy at one of our certified partner stores.

 You'll be able to ask questions, try the bike and get a feel for the ride before you decide.

### How can I find a certified Cowboy partner store?
Visit our [Stores page](/pages/stores) to find certified partner shops near you. These independent bike shops across Europe offer test rides, sales, servicing and repairs.

 Use the filters in the store locator to check which services are available at each location.

### How can I track my order?
You can follow your order anytime by visiting your customer portal at account.cowboy.com/orders. There you'll find the latest updates, including delivery status, tracking links when available, and your invoice.
