The launch of On-Demand services means riders now have a third option for looking after their bikes, in addition to Cowboy's existing network of independent bike store partners and the innovative Cowboy Care — a monthly maintenance and repair subscription service. The On-Demand Services are currently available nationwide in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, with coverage extending to capital regions in France, the UK, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, and Italy, including cities like Glasgow and Milan.
